Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meets 8:30AM on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.

Residential Trash Collection Day
Thursday, July 5th, 2018, 7am to 7pm at Your home
The BLUFFS normal refuse collection takes place on Thursdays of each week.
CR&R collects residential refuse weekly. Refuse collection occurs between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please have your containers out by 7:00 a.m. on the morning of your collection. Containers can be placed out for pick up no earlier than 7:00 p.m. the evening before collection, and all containers must be returned to storage area by 7:00 p.m. the night of collection. The Office will be closed the first Wednesday of Every month for filing and office cleaning – May 2nd, June 6th, July 11th (2nd Wednesday due to 4th of July Holiday), August 1st.
