Common Area After Hours Emergencies
If you observe a common area emergency after-hours, please contact 949-759-1200 and follow the prompts or contact the Keystone Pacific Customer Care Line directly at 949-833-2600. This will connect you with an after-hours representative. Examples of after-hours emergencies include pool accidents, flooding, fallen trees, as well as backups in the common area sewer lines. (For life threatening emergencies, such as fires or medical emergencies, please contact 911 for assistance.) All non-emergencies will be responded to Monday through Friday (other than holidays) during normal business hours. If you have a non-emergency, please leave a message on the onsite office’s voicemail.
