The Bluff’s office will be closing at 3:00 PM on July 3, 2017 in observance of Independence Day and will be closed all day July 4, 2017.

The Bluffs office will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, for observance of Fourth of July Holiday.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have an "after-hours" EMERGENCY, i.e. fallen tree, broken water sprinklers, etc, PLEASE call 949-448-6000. This line is answered to handle emergency situations when the Bluffs Office is closed.

The BLUFFS normal refuse collection takes place on Thursdays of each week.
CR&R collects residential refuse weekly. Refuse collection occurs between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please have your containers out by 7:00 a.m. on the morning of your collection. Containers can be placed out for pick up no earlier than 7:00 p.m. the evening before collection, and all containers must be returned to storage area by 7:00 p.m. the night of collection.
