Residential Trash Collection Day

The BLUFFS normal refuse collection takes place on Thursdays of each week.
CR&R collects residential refuse weekly. Refuse collection occurs between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please have your containers out by 7:00 a.m. on the morning of your collection. Containers can be placed out for pick up no earlier than 7:00 p.m. the evening before collection, and all containers must be returned to storage area by 7:00 p.m. the night of collection. To find out what day your trash is collected, please contact (949) 644-3066 or use the City's interactive map (Refuse and Street Sweeping Layers).

Bluffs offices will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2018, in observance of Presidents Day.
In the event of an after-hours emergency related to one of the following common area elements:

Please contact FirstService Residential at 800-428-5588. If it is a property threatening emergency, they will dispatch the associated vendor. If it is not a property threatening emergency, they will put a work order into the system for the Management staff to address during business hours.
If you have sewer back up issues residents can contact Roto-Rooter at 714-630-0404 and they will dispatch a plumber to clear the line.
As a reminder, the Association does not maintain the structure of the homes, including the roof. If you experience a roof leak you will need to contact a roofer directly.
