Community Garage Sale
Saturday, October 5th, 2019, 7am to 12pm at Community Wide
This year's Community Garage Sale will take place on Saturday, October 5th and Sunday, October 6th.
Below are the official rules on the Garage Sales:
6.6. Garage/Estate/Moving Sales.
6.6.1. Garage sales are held only on two weekends per year, the first weekend in June and the first weekend in October. Such garage sales may be sponsored events, and may be held on either or both days of the designated weekends. All sale items must be ordinary household and personal items belonging to the Resident. No items may be brought into the Bluffs for purposes of sale at a Bluffs residence.
6.6.2. Estate Sales. Application may be made at the Association Office for permission to hold an Estate Sale on any one weekend other than those designated for garage sales. The applicant must show adequate evidence of the authenticity of the sale's characterization as an Estate Sale.
6.6.3. Moving Sales. Application may be made at the Association Office for permission to hold a Moving Sale on any one weekend other than those designated for garage sales. The applicant must show adequate evidence of the authenticity of the sale's characterization as a Moving Sale.

Wednesday, October 23rd, 2019, 7pm at Fiesta Room
Homeowners' Forum begins at 7:00 PM, followed by the Board of Directors meeting.
