As a reminder, the Annual Board of Directors Election remains scheduled for April 15, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. (polls will close at 6:00 p.m.).  Please be sure to return your ballot by mail no later than Friday, April 10th to ensure the ballot is delivered to the Inspector of Election prior to election day. The ballots were mailed in an over-sized envelope. Please be sure to read the set of instructions on how to vote. It is very important that the outer return envelope be signed by the Owner, as this is how the Inspector of Election will validate one vote per home owned. 

 

The Annual Election will be held virtually (without members present). In response to COVID-19, the Inspector of Election will be set up within their Irvine office. To provide viewing access to the vote tabulation process, please use the link below. For any last minute voting on election night, Homeowners will have an opportunity to drop off their ballot at a curbside lockbox between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., which will then be transported to the Inspector of Election's office. Given the current COVID-19 health crisis and the Governor's "shelter in place" order, we would like to encourage all homeowners to please return their ballot by mail (postage has already been paid).
