| Description: | Bluffs offices will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2018, in observance of Presidents Day.
In the event of an after-hours emergency related to one of the following common area elements:
- Irrigation
- Trees - Landscape Please contact FirstService Residential at 800-428-5588. If it is a property threatening emergency, they will dispatch the associated vendor. If it is not a property threatening emergency, they will put a work order into the system for the Management staff to address during business hours.
If you have sewer back up issues residents can contact Roto-Rooter at 714-630-0404 and they will dispatch a plumber to clear the line.
As a reminder, the Association does not maintain the structure of the homes, including the roof. If you experience a roof leak you will need to contact a roofer directly.
