| Description: | All of the pools now have new Tropitone pool furniture and the Board of Directors is making the old Tropitone furniture available for sale on Sunday, April 23, 2017.
Sale Items:
- Patio Sets (42" table with 4 chairs & 1 umbrella): $150
- Chaise Lounge: $50 a piece
- Round Cocktail Tables: $20 a piece
Sale Schedule & Inventories:
9:00am-10:45am - Entrada Pool: 3 patio sets, 10 chaise lounges, 3 cocktail tables
11:00am-12:45pm - Grande Pool: 3 patio sets, 9 chaise lounges, 1 cocktail tables
1:00pm-1:45pm - Laredo Pool: 2 patio sets, 15 chaise lounges, 3 cocktail tables
3:00pm-5:00pm - Bonita Pool: 3 patio sets, 15 chaise lounges, 3 cocktail tables
Requirements:
- All items will be sold on a first come first served basis.
- All items must be purchased with a check made payable to The Bluffs Homeowners Community Association. NO cash can or will be accepted.
- All items must be removed at the time of purchase no delivery service will be provided.
- There is no limit to the quantity of items you may purchase.
- There will be a two hour sale period at each pool, except Cajon.
Board Director and Hardscape Committee Liaison, Bob Marger will be in charge of the sale and will be at each pool to handle the sale of the furniture. ALL sales will benefit the Bluffs Community and will be deposited back into the Association's bank account.
