| Description: | The Annual Meeting will occur on April 16, 2014 at the Bluffs Homeowners Community Association
Fiesta Room- 2414 Vista del Oro, Newport Beach, Ca 92660 to elect four board members. The term of a director is two years. You do not have to be a longtime owner to serve on the Board. Newer owners, longtime owners and owners in between are equally encouraged to run for the Board and contribute their unique perspective and life experience to the Board for the benefit of the community. WHAT IS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS? The 9-member Board of Directors is elected from the general membership of the association. The Board is responsible for supervising association business, including property management and maintenance, approving budgets and making decisions which enhance the association and the community. HOW DO I RUN FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS? Visit the BOD Candidacy Statement page of this website to obtain the form or complete it online and return it to the Bluffs Homeowners Association c/o: Kim Nielsen at 2414 Vista del Oro, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Statements may also be emailed to Kim Nielsen at kimberly.nielsen@fsresidential.com. Your statement must be received prior to February 28th at 5:00pm in order for your name to be placed on the official ballot. Newly elected directors will be required to sign the Code of Conduct which was adopted by the Board at the January 2013 Open Session
