For registered website users, we offer a "Meeting Overview" page which contains notes taken and prepared by a homeowner volunteer for residents/homeowners who, though unable to attend the open Board of Directors meetings, may wish to be aware of what decisions are being made that might affect them. HOMEOWNERS/RESIDENTS NEED TO BE AWARE THAT THE OVERVIEW NOTES ARE UNOFFICIAL, MAY CONTAIN SOME INACCURACIES, AND ACCORDINGLY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE NOR ARE THEY BOUND BY THE CONTENT OF THESE OVERVIEW NOTES.
OFFICIAL MINUTES FOR EACH BOARD MEETING ARE NOT PUBLISHED ON OUR WEBSITE. SHOULD YOU NEED A COPY OF THE MINUTES, PLEASE VISIT the Bluffs Homeowners Community Association Office located at 2414 Vista del Oro, Newport Beach, CA92660.

Answer 16. Why isn't every registered website user listed in the Resident Directory?
When a resident registers to use our website they are given the opportunity to hide their entire profile, their email address and/or their telephone number. Their choices control what is visible in the password protected "Resident Directory." The registration instructions state: "Unless you specify otherwise below, your details will be shown in our online Resident Directory which is only viewable by people who we have approved and are logged into our website." So if you don't see your neighbor in the "Resident Directory", then your neighbor is not a registered user or they have opted to hide their profile.
